Woflox Commerce Terms and Conditions — Argentina

Venco Tech SRL, with address at Av. de los Lagos 7008, 1° piso, B1670, Provincia de Buenos Aires, República Argentina. Applicable to stores registered in Argentina.

In these Terms, "Woflox", "Woflox Commerce", "the Platform" or "we" refers to the technology provider of the service delivered by Venco Tech SRL. "Store", "Merchant" or "Merchant User" refers to the individual or legal entity that creates, manages or uses an online store within Woflox Commerce. "Buyer" or "End Customer" refers to the person who browses, purchases or interacts with a store created on the Platform.

Woflox Commerce is a SaaS e-commerce technology platform. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Woflox is not the seller, manufacturer, importer, distributor or direct provider of the products or services listed by the stores created on the platform. Each store/merchant is solely responsible for its products, prices, stock, invoicing, taxes, shipping, warranties, exchanges, returns and end-buyer support.

By accessing, registering, creating a store, using the admin panel, purchasing a plan or using any Woflox Commerce functionality, you accept these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, the Billing Terms and any additional applicable policy.

If you act on behalf of a company, business, entity or third party, you represent that you have sufficient authority to accept these Terms in its name.

To use Woflox Commerce as a merchant, you must create an account through the available methods, which may include email, password, Google OAuth or other enabled mechanisms.

Woflox may suspend or cancel accounts when it detects false information, fraudulent use, illegal activity, breach of these Terms or risks to the Platform, other users or third parties.

Each merchant may create one or more stores, according to the plan purchased or enabled. The store may have a subdomain, custom domain, visual templates, catalog, payment methods, shipping methods and integrations, subject to technical and commercial availability.

The merchant declares that it has sufficient rights to use the images, brands, texts, trade names, data, catalogs and any other content uploaded to the Platform.

Woflox may remove content, suspend stores or limit features if it considers there is legal, reputational, technical, financial or security risk.

The Woflox legal entity providing the service to a store is determined by the country in which the store is registered on the Platform. Applicable to stores registered in Argentina.

The operator for this version of the Terms is Venco Tech SRL.

The payment methods available to pay for Woflox plans or services, as well as the payment methods that the store offers to its end buyers, are configured separately and are not automatically derived from the store's country.

Changing the store's country may affect the applicable legal entity, currency, taxes and legal terms, and may require manual review.

Woflox Commerce lets each store configure the payment methods it offers to its end buyers. These may include gateways, wallets, acquirers, processors, transfers or other means available depending on the country, plan and enabled providers.

Each store connects and uses its own payment accounts. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Woflox does not receive, hold or manage the funds from the sales carried out by the stores.

Payments are subject to the terms, costs, commissions, withholdings, verifications and policies of each external payment provider.

The payment methods, processors, currencies, billing periods and commercial conditions available to pay for Woflox plans or services may vary based on the country, plan, account configuration and enabled providers. Where applicable, such methods will be disclosed before confirming the purchase or renewal. Detailed conditions (plans, cycles, taxes, refunds) are described in the "Billing Terms" document.

Each store is responsible for configuring, disclosing and complying with its shipping methods, costs, coverage areas, timelines, logistics operators and delivery conditions.

The user undertakes to use the Platform in a lawful, safe and reasonable manner.

Woflox Commerce, its software, design, brand, code, interface, architecture, features, documentation, logos and proprietary content belong to Venco Tech SRL or its licensors.

Use of the Platform does not grant any ownership rights over Woflox or its technology components.

Each store retains rights over its own content but grants Woflox a limited, non-exclusive license necessary to host, display, process, technically adapt and distribute such content within the Platform.

The processing of personal data is governed by the Woflox Commerce Privacy Policy applicable to this entity.

Woflox may integrate with external services, such as payment methods, logistics, analytics, marketing, invoicing, CRM, ERP, email, WhatsApp or others. The use of external integrations may be subject to each provider's own terms and policies.

Woflox will endeavour to keep the Platform available and secure, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete absence of errors, permanent compatibility with all devices or indefinite continuity of all features.

Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable rights of consumers or users where applicable law provides otherwise.

Woflox may suspend or cancel accounts, stores, features or access if it detects breach of these Terms, fraudulent or abusive use, legal, technical, reputational or security risk, non-payment of contracted plans, requests from competent authorities or illegal or suspicious activity.

Woflox may amend these Terms. The current version will be published on the Platform with its update date. Continued use of the Platform after changes implies acceptance of the updated version.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina. In the event of a dispute, the ordinary courts that apply under the applicable regulations shall have jurisdiction, with reference to the Province of Buenos Aires where legally appropriate, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules or other applicable regulations.
