1. Data controller
This Privacy Policy describes how Venco Tech SRL, with address at Av. de los Lagos 7008, 1° piso, B1670, Provincia de Buenos Aires, República Argentina, in its capacity as operator of Woflox Commerce for the stores covered by this version (applicable to stores registered in argentina.), collects, uses, stores, protects and shares personal data.
2. Scope
This Policy applies to:
- merchant users who create or manage stores
- store team members
- end buyers who browse, purchase or create accounts in stores operated with Woflox
- visitors to Woflox's public sites
- persons who interact with forms, support, communications or integrations.
3. Data we may collect
We may collect identification, contact, tax, technical (IP, browser, device, logs), payment (transaction identifiers, status, provider) and integration data configured by each store. Woflox does not store full card data.
4. Purposes of processing
We use personal data to create and manage accounts, provide the SaaS service, enable the creation and operation of stores, process orders, manage carts/payments/shipping, provide support, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, send operational and commercial communications where applicable, generate statistics and protect system security.
5. Woflox's role with respect to stores and buyers
When Woflox processes data of merchant users, it acts as data controller with respect to the provision of the SaaS service. When Woflox processes end-buyer data within a store, it may act as technology provider or data processor for the store, depending on the case.
6. Sharing of data
We may share data with hosting, infrastructure, email, payment, logistics, analytics, marketing providers, integrations configured by each store, advisors and competent authorities where there is a legal obligation.
We do not sell personal data to advertisers.
7. International transfers
Some technology providers may be located outside the store's country. By using Woflox, you accept that certain data may be processed or stored in other countries, taking reasonable measures to protect the information in accordance with applicable regulations.
8. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. No system is completely invulnerable. The user must protect its credentials and report any security incident.
9. Retention
We retain data for as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and maintain commercial and regulatory records.
10. Rights of data subjects
Data subjects may exercise rights of access, rectification, updating, deletion and other rights recognized by applicable regulations.
To exercise them, they may write to privacidad@woflox.com. We may require additional information to verify identity and process the request.
11. Data of minors
Woflox Commerce is not directed at minors. Stores that sell products or services aimed at minors must comply with applicable regulations.
13. Communications
We may send operational communications related to accounts, stores, orders, security, legal changes, support or operation of the Platform. Commercial communications may be sent where there is sufficient legal basis or consent, and may be cancelled through the available mechanisms.
14. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. The current version will be published on the Platform with its last-updated date.
