How do my students pick a date?

If you sell “pick a date”, the student chooses one on the course page before adding it to the cart. For a single class or a series there's nothing to pick.

What happens when a date fills up?

Nobody else can book it. Seats are counted while the student pays, so two people can't end up with the last seat.

How does a student get the live class link?

They see it in “My courses”, inside your store account, once their payment clears. It isn't emailed and it never shows on the public course page.

Do my students get reminders?

Yes: one email 24 h before and another 1 h before each class. When they buy, they also get the event to add to their calendar.

Can I change or cancel a date?

Yes. Woflox emails your enrolled students and sends them the updated event.

Can I download the student list?

Yes, as CSV. It includes order, buyer, email, phone, seats, status, date and attendance.

Formats

Your course, the way you teach it

A course on Woflox is a digital product in your store: it has its own page, price and place in your catalog. You pick the format and Woflox handles what changes with each one.

Recorded

You sell access: a link, your instructions and a file up to 25 MB (PDF, ZIP, EPUB, MP3 or image). Your videos stay where they already are, and the student finds everything in “My courses” as soon as the payment clears.

Live

Add your dates and your video call link. That link never shows on the course page: only paying students see it, in “My courses”.

In-person

Dates, venue and seats. The exact address is private by default: only paying students see it, not everyone who visits the page.

Dates with seat limits, no side spreadsheets

For live and in-person courses, you build the calendar right from the product. Three ways to sell it:

Seat limit per date or per series, or unlimited if you don't need one.
Optionally, the page shows “N seats left”.
The seat is held while the student pays, confirmed when the payment clears, and released if the order is cancelled or refunded.
Two people can't take the last seat. If a payment arrives late and the date is already full, the order is flagged for you to refund: it never oversells.
If you change or cancel a date, Woflox emails your enrolled students.
